Twist & Support yoga workshop

Join us at WRS Athletic Club on May 16th, 11:30–1:00pm for our Twist & Support Yoga Workshop.

This gentle, all-levels workshop focuses on supporting the health of the spine and sacrum through simple, guided twisting movements. We’ll explore seated, lying down, and standing twists with an emphasis on moving safely and comfortably.

This class is designed for all bodies, including those with stiffness, injuries, or physical limitations. You’ll learn how to adapt twists in a way that works for you, so you can build a practice that feels good and sustainable.
